Privacy Notice

MMAKERS LLC operates MemorialProof. This notice explains the information we process when a monument retailer uses the service or shares a private proof-review link.

Information we process

We process retailer account email, a password verifier, location name, proof title, retailer-uploaded PDF or JPEG bytes, file hash and version, reviewer name and comments, checklist decisions, operational receipts, essential session data, subscription state and limited first-party funnel events. Uploaded proofs may contain names, dates, epitaphs or other personal memorial information supplied by the retailer. We do not require a family email, phone number or payment card during the current free evaluation.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the exact-version approval workflow, create the requested receipt, maintain account and entitlement state, prevent abuse, diagnose reliability and measure whether the workflow is useful. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising or allow third-party advertising trackers.

Sharing and processors

Railway hosts the application and active database. GitHub provides private operational monitoring and encrypted backup storage. Authorized service providers process information only to operate and protect MemorialProof. Payment processing is not enabled; if it is enabled later, the notice and checkout will identify the payment processor before any charge.

Retention and deletion

Sessions expire after 7 days, review links after 14 days and unlinked anonymous analytics after 30 days. Account content and receipts remain while the account exists and are deleted when the retailer deletes the account. Encrypted off-provider backups are retained for up to 30 days, so deleted information may remain in an inaccessible recovery copy until that backup expires. Security and abuse records may be retained when reasonably required to protect the service or meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

A retailer can delete its account and owned workflow data from the workspace. You may also request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy, or appeal a denied privacy request, by emailing matisidler02@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account or proof before responding. Because we do not sell data or use targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to exercise.

Security and private links

We use HTTPS, tenant authorization, hashed account sessions and review capabilities, expiring and revocable proof links, file limits, access controls and encrypted backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security. A retailer is responsible for sharing each private review link only with its intended reviewer.

Children and changes

MemorialProof is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this notice as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
